This treasured monument and its estate are being restored as the sites of wellbeing, self-actualization, inspiration, and fulfillment they were always intended to be, in line with the French notion of savoir-vivre and the Aristotelian concept of eudaimonia.
A true rejuvenation and revitalization of “la vie du Château” must, in our modern period, be borne of an authentic reconciliation of its heritage, identity, and particular character with the dynamic possibilities of the 21st century, as well as of the contemporary needs and lifestyles of participants in today’s global economy.
